REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your apparel from 3 6 9 clothing. Because our items are custom printed on demand when you order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below carefully.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue with your order.
To be eligible for a return due to sizing or buyer's remorse, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS & INCORRECT ITEMS (PRINTFUL QUALITY GUARANTEE)
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is misprinted, defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at illgottengainsss@gmail.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the damage, misprint, or wrong item received
If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to a printing or fulfillment error, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. You will not need to return defective items unless instructed.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a standard return, contact us at illgottengainsss@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Unless the product is defective or misprinted, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Because items are printed on demand, the fastest way to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size) is to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the preferred size once your return is approved.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS
We cannot accept returns on:
• Gift cards
• Final sale / clearance items
• Custom personalized orders (where custom text/graphics were added specifically upon your request)
EUROPEAN UNION & UNITED KINGDOM 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason without justification. Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item to confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at illgottengainsss@gmail.com.
