Your order is not accepted until 3 6 9 clothing confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. 

FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK & EUROPEAN UNION: In accordance with UK and EU Consumer Rights regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason. Please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on returning items.

FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE US, AUSTRALIA & REST OF WORLD: Orders are processed promptly. Returns and exchanges are handled strictly in accordance with our posted Refund Policy, subject to any non-excludable statutory guarantees under local law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices posted in our online store do not include international shipping, handling, or local taxes/duties unless explicitly stated at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES: For shipments outside the United Kingdom (including to the US, EU, and Australia), your shipment may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and handling fees levied by the destination country. You are strictly responsible for paying all such additional charges upon import. 

SECTION 5 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by international shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the address specified in your order.

3 6 9 clothing is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with 3 6 9 clothing. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and 3 6 9 clothing.
